Introducing the villa
Casa Épica is a modern holiday villa, ideally located in Benissa Costa, near the beautiful village of Moraira, on the edge of the Mediterranean Sea. The center of Moraira, the nearest village, is barely 8 minutes away, as are most activities, the main restaurants and shops.
For the golf players, there are 4 golf courses, 9 and 18 holes , in the direct area.
The villa
The holiday house itself, located just a 2-minute drive from the nearest beach, can be described as casual and intimate. The interior has a modern style with local accents and the occasional hint of striking color.
- Casa Épica is equipped with every comfort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
- Large outdoor terrace with outdoor kitchen and bbq where you can enjoy breakfast and lunch.
- There are three bedrooms, all with king size beds and equipped with A / C (cold and warm)
The master bedroom has its own dressing room and bathroom, the other two shares one. The beds on the bedrooms are equipped with white 100% cotton bedding, cozy bedspreads and pillows. All doors and windows are fitted with screens.
Casa Épica can accommodate up to 6 people.
Outdoor living
At Casa Épica you can enjoy the outdoors: Enough places to enjoy the sun and shade, a hammock and also comfortable seats spread over the premises. There is a beautiful sun terrace with comfortable loungers and a nice swimming pool. You can also use our BBQ on the terrace near the outdoor kitchen.
For guests who have trouble separating themselves from the 'real' world, there is satellite TV, stereo and Wi-Fi. A growing library of books, magazines and board games is available.
The Costa Blanca area offers a nice micro climate with more than 300 day’s of sunshine a year.
The coolest months are December, January and February, the warmest months are July and August. The temperature of the sea water varies from 15 ° C to 26 ° C
